The promotion of mother tongue language has become a pressing concern for many countries and their educational institutions. This study aims to identify the requirements obstacles enhancing proficiency among higher education students, as perceived by faculty members. adopted descriptive approach administered questionnaire population.The findings indicate that activate role institutions in all members, are substantial. Financial were identified most crucial, followed organizational, academic, human requirements. Human obstacles, such students' tendency converse mix foreign languages, found be significant hurdles facing Organizational, financial also at high level.
